About Us

Who are we ?

We are a group of independent individuals who bring together their talents and experiences, collaborating on projects preferably with large social impacts in the specific field of operations (execution). Although necessary, we fundamentally believe talk alone is not enough. The most beautiful idea is not worth much until it is realized.

Heads in the clouds (the sky) while anchored in reality (the anchor), in a dynamic process (the wheel) we approach our activities holistically, with grit and humility. This is the meaning of our logo, in watermark, summarizing our values.

What we do

We are a professional consulting firm, with a focus on the following areas: business administration, supply chain and manufacturing operations, and engineering of both information systems and infrastructure.

We help organizations implement their ideas with minimal intrusion.

It is hardly a stretch to assume that whatever is possible with the current complexity of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), where we are currently based, will be just as possible in any other part of the world.

Our territorial ambition is much broader than the DRC. We aim to offer our expérience as a priority to the so-called emerging countries.

// OUR SLOGAN

Holism – Grit – Humility

In our interventions, we use by default the systems approach, which combines analysis and synthesis rather than the usual reductionism which relies heavily on analysis. Adding a touch of grit and humility allows us to support our clients in the best possible way.

Holism

We use the systems approach along the mnemonic “MBPR”, with our own twist, briefly explained as follows:

Grit

We are not frightened by complexity. Learning while implementing is in our DNA. No matter how many times we fall, you can bet we’ll right up trying again until the job is done.

Humility

We strive for self-awareness so as to avoid overstepping our bounds however, without letting ourselves be pushed around. Upon circumstances, we are just as likely to recognize our limitations as to assert our positions and, always, ready to do what is necessary. This is our foundational attitude.

An idea is not worth much until it is realized.

This is where our experience along with our approach come in handy in order to help bring your ideas to life.
