Who are we ?
We are a group of independent individuals who bring together their talents and experiences, collaborating on projects preferably with large social impacts in the specific field of operations (execution). Although necessary, we fundamentally believe talk alone is not enough. The most beautiful idea is not worth much until it is realized.
Heads in the clouds (the sky) while anchored in reality (the anchor), in a dynamic process (the wheel) we approach our activities holistically, with grit and humility. This is the meaning of our logo, in watermark, summarizing our values.

With its rich experience in Business Administration, supply chain and manufacturing operations, and engineering of both information systems and infrastructures, HOps Solutions is ideally positioned to support its customers as a facilitator and systems integrator in the implementation of their ideas.
We consider all the so-called emerging countries as our targeted playing field , without limitations.
These are countries, without being exclusive, where questions of general interest are generally intimidating, being marred by a great complexity against which the classic methodologies of problem solving based on analysis prove ineffective.
Another of their peculiarities is that there is often a great deal of talk, producing “strategies” that are rarely implemented, producing, little or no tangible results.
Operations (execution), where lives are actually changed and require that we get out of our ivory towers are carefully avoided, mainly because of lack of courage.
Not only does it take courage to move from words to action, questioning or reassessing our beliefs requires even more. So, we all pretend to be satisfied as long as we talk, and the “strategies” are produced.

Operations management
We help our customers in the conduct of their operations in general, and specifically in the optimization of their supply chains, manufacturing (planning and control of production), the design of related software. If necessary, we collect data to produce the information necessary for their decision-making.
Professional Engineering
Advice, design and implementation of infrastructures (factory layout), we are able to intervene in most aspects of projects management to the benefit of our customers, including the planning and the organization of manufacturing services (internal logistics, machine maintenance, quality, etc.), as they may wish.
