Business Administration
With proven experience in business administration, we support our clients in solving their organizational problems, in project management, in training and coaching in organization, leadership and management.
Operations management
We help our customers in the conduct of their operations in general, and specifically in the optimization of their supply chains, manufacturing (planning and control of production), the design of related software. If necessary, we collect data to produce the information necessary for their decision-making.
Professional Engineering
Advice, design and implementation of infrastructures (factory layout), we are able to intervene in most aspects of projects management to the benefit of our customers, including the planning and the organization of manufacturing services (internal logistics, machine maintenance, quality, etc.), as they may wish.
