Although necessary, we fundamentally believe talk alone is not enough. The most beautiful idea is not worth much until it is realized.

Don’t be fooled by its apparent youth. Despite its recent creation (2022), the same group of independent consultants has been collaborating on projects for several years. The simplified legal form and shareholding of HOps have been designed to provide maximum flexibility and agility to its operations. We can only give what we have.

The creation of HOps Solutions as an organization is only the transformation of a previously mainly individual consulting practice, as part of a logic of sustainability. In this, it operates in the paradigm of development rather than growth.

This transformation is certainly not the last. In terms of experience, she fits well into the continuity, capitalizing on the lessons of individual practice, in regular collaboration with the same group of other independent consultants, in interventions both internationally and locally, during the last decade.

This is in addition to rich individual careers, the longest of which of another two decades, was spent mainly in renowned multinational companies, in several African countries, and in various positions including responsibilities at the continental level.
